Spotlessly clean room with various amenities and good service. Excellent and stunning location when traveling to Tachikawa.

The staff at Mystays Tachikawa were incredibly helpful and friendly. I had an issue with the safe in my room, but a staff member promptly fixed it. They also provided a great range of bathroom supplies, including toothpaste and a toothbrush. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by convenience stores and restaurants. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and fantastic location.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and the location is excellent. We were able to easily access the nearby Tosenbo for dinner. Additionally, the room provided great value for the price.

Lovely experience there. Modern and clean hotel, quiet and exceptionally nice location in the area I have stayed in. A lot of food available in the restaurant. Lovely building and rooms with various amenities. Location close to a vast variety of cuisines to choose from, convenience store, and a train station.

The room was cozy and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The location of the hotel was convenient, being just a short walk from the train station. One of the highlights of my stay was the friendly staff, who allowed me to check in early. Additionally, having laundry machines on my floor was a great convenience.

One minor drawback was the parking situation, as the electronic garage required assistance from the lobby staff. Also, the few steps to the lobby could be a challenge if you have heavy luggage.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and it was very clean. The shower was really nice, and the bathroom supplies provided were generous. The location was amazing, with the train station just 5 minutes away. There were also three convenience stores on the street and several good restaurants and an arcade nearby. It had absolutely everything we needed, and the easy access to the trains was a huge bonus.

I stayed at this hotel recently and it was such a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. The staff here are amazing - so friendly and attentive. The rooms are well equipped with various amenities, including USB connectors and comfortable slippers. And I can't forget to mention the delicious breakfast - definitely a great way to start the day!

My amazingly comfortable room included exceptionally comfortable bed, a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a refrigerator. The view was amazing btw. The location in a great area was great and phenomenal. Convenience stores and stores were right next door.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops just a short stroll away. The hotel's attention to detail really impressed me, like the staff putting a lid on my cup to ensure my drink didn't get polluted. Additionally, the friendly staff always greeted me warmly whenever I left for the day. The rooms were well-equipped with various amenities, making it a great value for money.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was exceptional, and I can't really think of anything negative to mention.
